Kayak Tour Registration

Please fill out the below form on the tour that you are interested in, as well as an alternate date if possible. You will be contacted by e-mail within 24 hours to let you know if there is space available on the tour that you have requested.

To prevent e-mailed replies from going into your SPAM folder, please add info@kingfisher-adventures.com to your Address Book or Allowed Sender List.

Once space on your preferred tour is confirmed we will forward our complete registration package and a link to our secure on-line payment form. Payment can also be submitted by fax or over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Canadian cheques and Money orders in Canadian funds. Please note that 5% Goods and Services Tax will be added to the price of each tour.

Your spot on your requested tour will be reserved upon payment of a deposit as outlined at the bottom of this page along with our cancellation policies.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from joining us on your trip we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance through your travel agent.

Your spot on your requested tour will be reserved upon payment of a deposit as outlined below:

Day Tours - $50 deposit per person, remaining balance due 7 days before trips departure date.

  • If you must cancel your day tour you will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee per person with 7 or more days notice.

  • No refund if you have to cancel within 7 days of departure.

Base Camp tours - $250 deposit per person, remaining balance due 30 days before trips departure date.

  • If you must cancel your tour you will receive a full refund less a $250 administration fee per person with 30 or more days notice.

  • No refund if you have to cancel within 30 days of departure.

Expedition tours (5 days or longer) - $500 deposit per person, remaining balance due 30 days before trips departure date.

  • If you must cancel your tour you will receive a full refund less a $250 administration fee per person with 60 or more days notice.

  • If you must cancel your tour you will receive a full refund less a $5o0 administration fee per person with 30 to 59 days notice.

  • No refund if you have to cancel within 30 days of departure.
